En su caso, no solo “pintaderas aborígenes y simbologías contem-poráneas, como el prefijo 922 (de la isla donde nació)”, están presentes en su obra. Tras la erupción del volcán Tajogaite, en 2021, decidió “recoger la ceniza más fina para incorporarla a mis joyas”. Una identidad palmera que, sobre todo, se manifiesta en “el tradicional bor-dado, una labor cotidiana que hoy afronta el reto de mantener la relevancia”, apunta este artesano.
